Occasionally people carrying suitcases and backpacks will have liquids in there. We ask that you make sure ALL liquids are tightly secured before handing your luggage to us.
We are not responsible for any leaks or moisture that occurs due to backpacks, suitcases with liquids. Also, luggage handles do break. We are not responsible for any damaged suitcases. Musiccityluggagelockers does not keep any liquids near the luggage ever. We Care for each bag to the best of our ability and take extra care when handling Luggage, backpacks, and other bags and purses.
For Pickups, Drop offs of Luggage -
If 15 min time window is exceeded on pick up drop off times - we do reserve the right to ask you to go directly to our physical location because we have to serve all of our customers with reservations . Also if text communication stops during those times when trying to coordinate pickups and drop offs we do reserve the right to move you to our physical location as well so that we may serve ALL of our customers with times scheduled for the same service.
